As a Registered Dietitian with a decade of experience working with clients, I provide evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to your unique needs. My expertise includes preventive health, weight management, diabetes, cholesterol management, digestive health, pregnancy nutrition, and sports nutrition. I also specialize in providing nutritional support for emotional eating, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD.

I’ve learned that sustainable change goes beyond the science of food—it’s about understanding the story behind your eating habits. Food is deeply intertwined with our emotions, habits, and cultural identity. This belief inspired me to deepen my practice, and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. This allows me to uniquely blend nutritional science with therapeutic techniques like Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My integrated approach is especially effective for supporting behavioural change, emotional eating, and helping you build a peaceful, joyful relationship with food.

Food is powerful, but it’s also personal.
We believe that nourishing your body is one of the most meaningful acts of self-care. A healthy diet and balanced lifestyle are the foundation for preventing and managing many health concerns, but true wellness goes deeper than a meal plan. We take the time to truly listen. Together, we explore the root causes of your challenges and create personalized, sustainable solutions that support your whole well-being, not just short-term results.

When you eat well, your body has the tools it needs to heal. Balanced nutrition can help prevent chronic disease, improve energy, stabilize blood sugar, support digestion, elevate mood, and strengthen your immune system. And most importantly? Healthy food should be joyful, satisfying, and deeply enjoyable.

This isn’t about restriction. It’s about empowerment.
It’s about building habits that feel good and last.
Let’s begin your journey toward vibrant, lasting health together.
