Black Bean Brownies - Healthy snack recipe

1 cups boiled black beans (or 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed very well)
3 large eggs
1 tbsp chia seed
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Blend Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the black beans, eggs, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, coconut sugar (or maple syrup), and baking powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Fold in Chocolate Chips.
Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before slicing. For best results, let them cool completely before serving.
