Chicken Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortillas wrap
Mayo and mustard, to taste
2-3 leaves romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken
1/2 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1/2 avocado, sliced
A handful of sprouts
2 slices tomato
A few thinly sliced red onion
Directions:
1.Spread the mayo and mustard evenly on the tortillas wrap
2.Lay out each vegetable in rows across the tortillas; top with shredded chicken and avocado.
3.Roll up the tortilla tightly. Cut crosswise and serve. Enjoy!
